Ms. Sharifah Aishah graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). During her academic journey, she demonstrated a strong passion for legal research and writing, culminating in the publication of her journal article titled "Gendered Citizenship: Should There Be a Link Between Gender and Citizenship" in the Current Law Journal (CLJ) in 2022.

In the same year, she further enriched her legal experience through an internship with PETRONAS, where she was attached to the Legal Department of Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC). During her internship, she gained valuable exposure to corporate and commercial law, compliance matters, and the operations of a major integrated oil and gas corporation.

Ms. Sharifah Aishah commenced her pupillage with Messrs. Farid Izzati Ain & Co. in October 2023, under the supervision of Ms. Nurul Ain Binti Ibrahim. Throughout her pupillage, she was actively involved in a broad range of practice areas, including litigation, conveyancing, and corporate advisory work. She participated in the drafting of legal documents, client consultations, preparation of cause papers, and other important aspects of legal practice, laying a strong foundation for her legal career.

Upon her admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, she was retained by the firm in September 2024, where she continues her career in the Litigation Department. Her current portfolio includes handling cases related to the administration of estates, general litigation, contractual disputes, tenancy disputes, and other civil matters. She is also actively involved in providing legal opinions and assisting in dispute resolution.

Ms. Sharifah Aishah brings to her practice a meticulous approach, strong analytical skills, and a client-focused mindset. Her background in both academic and practical legal work, combined with her exposure to corporate and litigation environments, enables her to provide strategic and effective solutions for a wide range of clients. She is committed to continuous growth and excellence as part of the firm’s dynamic legal team.
