Mr. Mohamad Sharil Hanif graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), earning both his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Bachelor of Laws (Shariah) (LL.BS) from the esteemed Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws in 2022 and 2023, respectively.

He commenced his legal career by undergoing pupillage at Messrs. Kadir, Andri & Partners, under the guidance of Dato’ Andri Aidham, where he focused on general corporate work. During his pupillage, he gained practical experience in drafting agreements, preparing legal opinions, vetting contracts, liaising with governmental authorities, and advising clients on a range of corporate legal issues. His strong foundation in both civil and Shariah law has equipped him with a unique dual perspective, enhancing his ability to cater to a diverse range of clients.

Following his admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 31 May 2024, Mr. Sharil began his legal practice at Messrs. Albert Ding, Lee & Partners, where he handled conveyancing matters including the drafting of loan agreements, attending client signings, and providing advisory services. His early exposure to both corporate and property-related work sharpened his practical skills and client management abilities.

Mr. Sharil joined Messrs. Farid Izzati Ain & Co. in January 2025 as a Legal Associate in the Conveyancing Department. Since joining, he has been actively involved in a wide range of property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, loan and financing documentation, perfection of transfer and charge, and advising clients on various property-related matters. His meticulous drafting skills, responsiveness to client needs, and comprehensive understanding of conveyancing processes have made him an integral part of the firm’s real estate and conveyancing team.
