Mr. Faridzul is a distinguished lawyer, having obtained his Bachelor of Law (Hons) from the esteemed University of Malaya in 2016. Mr. Faridzul completed his pupillage  with Messrs. Ainul Azam & Co. and admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2017. Mr. Faridzul joined Messrs. Ainul Azam & Co. as legal associate from 2017 before serving as a Senior Legal Executive (Legal and Compliance) in Fullrich Malaysia Sdn Bhd in May 2019. He later on join Messrs. Syed Alwi, Ng & Co. in November 2019 before joining Messrs. Farah Izzati Azam & Co. (Now Messrs. Farid Izzati Ain & Co.) in October 2021.

In the early stages of his career, Mr. Faridzul immersed himself in commercial and corporate law. His expertise encompassed conducting comprehensive legal due diligence exercises for companies nationwide, particularly in joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he served as an esteemed in-house counsel for a reputable financial company registered under Bank Negara Malaysia. During his tenure, he navigated the intricacies of e-wallet services and financial technology solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Demonstrating his versatility, Mr. Faridzul also excels in drafting various corporate agreements, providing invaluable guidance to corporate clients. His astute assessment of legal risks and meticulous adherence to laws and regulations have safeguarded clients' interests and facilitated smooth transactions.

Furthermore, Mr. Faridzul now leads the firm in matters pertaining to the administration of estate. His expertise in this specialized area of law enables him to effectively handle complex tasks such as obtaining Grant Letters of Administration and Grant of Probate, securing Distribution Orders, and facilitating Orders for Sale from the High Court and Pejabat Pusaka Kecil. With meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of estate administration procedures, Mr. Faridzul ensures that clients' interests are protected and their legal obligations are met.
