Legal Associate at FIACO

Ms. Fatin Nurhusna Sholihotdin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Kuala Terengganu, in 2024. With a keen interest in real estate and property transactions, she began her legal training with Messrs. Farid Izzati Ain & Co., where she undertook her pupillage in the firm’s Conveyancing Department.

Throughout her pupillage, Ms. Fatin assisted with the preparation of sale and purchase agreements, loan and security documentation, land office dealings and client consultations. Working alongside the firm’s conveyancing practitioners, she gained exposure to the procedural and compliance aspects of property transactions, building a practical foundation in conveyancing and an understanding of the importance of careful documentation.

On 11 August 2026, Ms. Fatin was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Upon her admission, she was retained by the firm as a Legal Associate in the Conveyancing Department, continuing her professional development within the team where she completed her training.

Her current practice focuses on conveyancing, building on the experience acquired during her pupillage. She aims to guide clients through their property matters with clear explanations and attentive service, helping them understand the documents, requirements and steps involved. Her approach places emphasis on preparation, communication and coordination throughout each transaction.

Ms. Fatin is committed to developing her knowledge of property law and serving clients with professionalism, care and attention to detail. Her progression from pupil to associate reflects her continuing journey with FIACO, where she contributes to the firm’s commitment to practical legal support and lasting client relationships.
