Ms. Fatin Nurhusna Sholihotdin is currently undergoing her pupillage at Messrs. Farid Izzati Ain & Co., where she is attached to the firm’s Conveyancing Department. She graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Kuala Terengganu.

During her pupillage, Ms. Fatin has been actively involved in assisting with the preparation of sale and purchase agreements, loan and security documentation, land office dealings, and client consultations. She is also gaining exposure to compliance matters and conveyancing processes, equipping her with the practical knowledge and skills necessary for a career in property law.

With a keen interest in real estate and property transactions, Ms. Fatin is dedicated to building a strong foundation in conveyancing practice. She aspires to serve clients with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail as she develops her career in legal practice under the guidance of the firm’s experienced conveyancing practitioners.
