Legal Professional at FIACO

Ms. Aisyah Farzana Syafa Ahmad Rawi graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). During her studies, she developed a strong interest in property and real estate law, which laid the groundwork for her specialization in conveyancing practice.

She commenced her pupillage with Messrs. Farid Izzati Ain & Co. in 2024, where she trained under the firm’s conveyancing team and gained hands-on experience in a wide range of property transactions. Her pupillage journey exposed her to the preparation of sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, land office dealings, and client advisory work in both residential and commercial property matters.

In October 2025, Ms. Aisyah was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Upon her call to the Bar, she was retained by the firm as part of the Conveyancing Department, where she continues to serve clients with dedication and professionalism.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Aisyah is also actively engaged in knowledge-sharing within the real estate industry. She frequently delivers talks and training sessions to real estate agents in Johor Bahru, aiming to equip industry players with a better understanding of conveyancing procedures and compliance requirements.

Ms. Aisyah brings to her role a detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions for her clients. Her passion for client service and her active involvement in the conveyancing community make her an integral part of FIACO’s dynamic legal team.
