Mr. Mohamad Azhar Rashid serves as the HR Manager at Messrs. Farid Izzati Ain & Co. (FIACO), supporting the firm’s human resource management and organisational development. He works with management and staff to support a professional and organised working environment across the firm’s Johor Bahru and Nilai Impian branches.

He holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Hons) from Universiti Selangor (UNISEL). His academic background provides a foundation in people management, complemented by over five years of experience in conveyancing work. This combination gives him an understanding of both staff needs and the operational demands of a legal practice.

In his HR role, Mr. Azhar supports the coordination of staff matters, internal communication and the implementation of workplace policies. Working closely with the firm’s management, he helps communicate expectations and establish consistent processes, contributing to the effective administration of a growing team across both offices.
