FIACO Office Retreat 2026

Batam & Bintan, Indonesia. 6-8 August 2026

From 6 to 8 August 2026, the team at Farid Izzati Ain & Co. (FIACO) travelled to Batam and Bintan, Indonesia, for our annual office retreat. The three-day trip offered a welcome opportunity to take a break from our daily routines, explore together and spend time with colleagues beyond the office.

Among the memorable moments was our visit to Puncak Beliung in Batam, where the greenery and hillside surroundings provided a scenic backdrop for our team gathering. Capturing photographs, exchanging laughter and enjoying the views together made this a special part of our journey.

Our travels across Batam and Bintan gave us time to unwind and connect in a different setting. Away from the pace of everyday work, the trip created opportunities for relaxed conversations and shared experiences, helping colleagues get to know one another beyond their professional roles.

The annual retreat is also an opportunity for FIACO to recognise the dedication of the people who contribute to the firm throughout the year. Every member of our team plays a part in our progress, and setting aside time together reflects the value we place on their contributions and wellbeing.
