Legal Professional at FIACO

Ms. Robiatul Zahra Ab Rahman graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She has developed a strong foundation in conveyancing and property law through several years of hands-on legal practice, equipping her with practical insight into the full lifecycle of property transactions.

She began her legal career in conveyancing practice and accumulated extensive experience as a Legal Assistant at The Law Chambers of Hedzril, where she was actively involved in managing a wide range of conveyancing matters from October 2020 to September 2025. During this period, she handled the drafting and vetting of sale and purchase agreements, loan and security documentation, transfers and charges, as well as liaising closely with banks, developers, land offices and clients to ensure timely and compliant completion of transactions. Her work also included conducting land searches, managing stamping processes, preparing completion checklists and coordinating registration procedures with the relevant authorities. 

Earlier in her career, Ms. Robiatul gained foundational exposure to conveyancing practice during her pupillage and paralegal training at Tetuan Zain Megat & Murad, where she assisted in drafting transaction documents, conducted legal research, managed timelines and attended client signings and auction-related matters. She also completed her legal internship at Tetuan Radzi & Abdullah, further strengthening her understanding of conveyancing workflows and office practice.

Ms. Robiatul joined Messrs. Farid Izzati Ain & Co. in January 2026 as a Legal Associate in the Conveyancing Department. At FIACO, she is involved in handling residential and commercial property transactions, preparation of financing and security documents, perfection of transfer and charge, and advising clients on procedural and compliance matters. Her practical experience, attention to detail and ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders contribute to the firm’s commitment to efficient and reliable conveyancing services.
